Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because our products are books and keepsakes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction.

Please make sure your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We want you to receive your order in great condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we send the wrong item, please contact us at hello@littlequackbigheart.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and, if approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

In some cases we may ask you to return the item or dispose of it. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All books (paperback, hardcover, and board books)

  • Signed or personalized books

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom products

European Union customers

We currently do not ship to the European Union. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect applicable consumer rights in those countries.
